learn bathroom and kitchen vocab, and talk about objects around them

- T plays the tape and ask Ss to listen through the dialogue.
- T introduces the new structures:
- Ss listen again the dialogue, then practice reading in pairs.
- Call some pairs to read the dialogue aloud.
- Get Ss to answer the questions, then compare them with the partners.
- Ask some Ss to write the answers on the BB while the rest do it orally.
- Give the right answers:

- Ask Ss to practice writing the part (a) to write complaints with given cues.
